How is it we hear so much about Gluten Intolerance lately? 

Since the beginning of civilization, man has always eaten grains, wheat included.  I think we see a partial picture here.  With all of the trans fat, enriched grains, where the fiber, enzymes and nutrients have been removed, the problem begins and not to mention other harmful “foods” we put into our bodies which add to the problem.  We are throwing the baby out with the bath water by not eating wheat.

Yes Gluten intolerance is for real, but I truly believe when we eat “whole grains” and God made foods, the foods your body was designed to eat, we rid the body of the gluten intolerant symptoms. We miss such vital nutrients whole grains provides us with and still do not obtain optimum health.

I believe the following steps relieve us of these gluten intolerant symptoms.

  • Eat God made foods – plant base
  • Periodically cleanse the inside of body of toxins, poisons, & free radicals.
  • Fast at least 24 hours 1 time a week.
  • Drink organic green juices/smoothies
  • Drink 2 liters distilled water daily
  • Exercise – sweat at least a little
  • Injest proper nutrients plus 15 minutes sunshine daily
  • Begin an intimate relationship with the God of the universe through prayer
